**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Intelligence Analyst to join our team at China Construction Bank. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting investigations triggered by system alerts and cases referred by internal and external sources.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct thorough investigations into suspicious transactions and provide recommendations for further action;
  • Prepare and submit reports to the Joint Financial Intelligence Unit (JFIU) as required;
  • Assist in the quality checking of closed alerts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Provide expert advice to colleagues on transaction monitoring and related matters;
  • Prepare management information reports to support business decisions;
  • Participate in projects related to transaction monitoring systems and Regtech initiatives;
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor as needed.

**Requirements:**

  • A degree or equivalent qualification;
  • At least 2 years of experience in transaction monitoring, investigation, or AML in financial institutions or regulatory bodies;
  • Possession of good knowledge of banking operations, products, and services, as well as experience communicating with law enforcement agents and regulators;
  • Self-motivated, independent, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Proficient in PC skills, including MS Word and Excel;
  • Attentive to details, compliance-oriented, diligent, and proactive.

**Estimated Salary:** HKD 65,000 - HKD 85,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
