Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our Backend Team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software applications from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.

  • Develop web client, backend service, and operation development, propose architectural decisions, participate in designs, design review, coding, code review, and implementation of products bridging Crypto.com to developers and end-users.
  • Expand our retail trading products and introduce them to new regions and countries, providing reliable and reactive trading information streams to our customers.
  • Provide technical operational support to resolve customer issues.
  • You'll be the project owner, embracing innovation by staying open to new technologies and encouraging experimentation.
  • Identify complex problems within large-scale backend infrastructure and implement solutions.
  • Manage documentation for all implemented code and functionalities.
  • Collaborate closely with the web client development team to improve the technology stack for long-term engineering initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience with various technologies, self-motivated, fast learner, and 'get things done' mentality.
  • Humble to embrace better ideas from others, eager to make things better, open to challenges and possibilities.
  • Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to juggle conflicting requirements from multiple stakeholders.
  • Understanding of financial domain knowledge or Blockchain technology is an advantage.
  • (Full-Stack) Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.JS, Next.JS, Node.JS, demonstrated experience designing and developing performant, accessible, and pixel-perfect user interfaces across different form factors.
  • (Full-Stack) Strong understanding of testing methodologies, ensuring good quality delivery.
  • (Ruby) Proficiency in Ruby, Golang experience is an advantage.
