Portfolio Support Manager

At Hang Lung Properties, we are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Support Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Mainland portfolio in all aspects of property management.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support to our Mainland portfolio to enhance service quality and operation efficiency.
  • Assist in the preparation of CAPEX and OPEX budgets for long-term planning and conduct cost analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with local teams to formulate and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance.
  • Conduct local operation reviews to identify enhancement opportunities.
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives, compliance, risk assessment, and other related matters.
  • Participate as a Subject Matter Expert to share relevant experience and good practices.

Requirements

  • Hold a degree and have at least 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Possess a recognized institute of Property Management or Facilities Management certification.
  • Have project experience at sizable high-end commercial properties in both Hong Kong and the Mainland.
  • Exhibit strong analytical, customer-oriented, excellent communication, and people management skills.
  • Be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
  • Be prepared for regular travel to the Mainland.
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Manager role.
