The RoleJob Description:As a Senior Technician - Woven (Ladies' High Fashion), you'll be part of a growing team that aspires to deliver exceptional results. Your key responsibilities will include understanding customer needs and requirements, analyzing design concepts, and evaluating potential production issues. You'll engage with customers' technical teams, offer guidance and support, and inspect samples to ensure they meet product specifications.
You'll collaborate with factories to review customer feedback, oversee sampling procedures, and maintain quality standards. Additionally, you'll support colleagues in understanding customer requirements and resolving technical challenges. Effective communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
Requirements:- Diploma or degree in Clothing, Fashion Design, or a related discipline preferred;
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in Ladies' High Fashion or high fast fashion desired;
- Strong capability in building technical specification files from design sketches;
- Good product and material knowledge, as well as product safety requirements;
- A responsive and self-motivated individual able to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with the team and communicate effectively with internal and external parties;
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin;
- Literate in Microsoft Office Applications;
- Willingness to travel to factories;
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser is also welcomed.
