The museum reflects our unique time and place, building on Hong Kong's historic balance of the local and the international to define a distinctive and innovative voice for Asia's twenty-first century.

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Membership Supervisor to join our team

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer service in the member's lounge;
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, flagging unusual situations or unresolved issues to supervisors;
  • Process membership transactions, including enrollment, renewal, upgrade, and ticket conversion;
  • Promote members' benefits and introduce members-only events or activities;
  • Offer supervision and training to ambassadors as needed;
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • A higher diploma or above in any discipline;
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing environment with a high volume of visitors from retail, tourism, hospitality, or cultural-related venues;
  • Experience dealing with challenging customers and resolving emergency situations independently;
  • An approachable personality with a positive attitude, being a good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills in English, Chinese, and Putonghua;
  • Ability to work at least 2 days per week, including weekends, holidays, and late evenings according to a roster determined by the Authority;
  • Willingness to work at different spaces in the museum, including outdoor locations, with prolonged standing and physical lifting required.
