The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing Ocean Park Corporation's external communications, engaging stakeholders, influencers, and managing publicity efforts. This individual will design and execute communication initiatives aimed at enriching public awareness of the Corporation's conservation and educational missions. Responsibilities include crafting engaging content, developing compelling narratives, and promoting the visitor experiences at Ocean Park and Water World through media outreach and events. Collaboration with in-house experts across various subjects will be essential, as will the proactive identification of media, social, and thought-leadership opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required Minimum of 15 years in public affairs, with at least 10 years in managerial roles Demonstrated success in C-suite and ESG communications, as well as reputation and issue management Proven experience in media relations, stakeholder engagement, influencer marketing, and community outreach Track record of managing complex production and publishing projects Ability to create engaging content related to leisure, entertainment, education, conservation, and sustainability Strategic thinker with creativity, market awareness, strong commercial insight, and results-driven approach Excellent skills in content creation, copywriting, editing, and proofreading Strong commitment to quality and meticulous attention to detail Skill in translating scientific and technical information into accessible messages for the public Self-driven and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment Proficient in building positive relationships and optimizing partnerships Experienced in team development and mentoring Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese Willingness to work on weekends or public holidays for special assignmentsFull-time Employee Benefits
