We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Application Manager to join our team at Link REIT. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing the implementation and support of our D365 ERP platform, ensuring seamless business operations across major platforms.

About the Role:

  • Manage the development and maintenance of the D365 ERP platform, ensuring timely enhancements, support, and maintenance.
  • BUILD TRUSTED RELATIONSHIPS WITH PROJECT MANAGERS, BUSINESS STAKEHOLDERS, KEY USERS, INTERNAL IT RESOURCES, AND EXTERNAL VENDORS TO ENSURE SMOOTH PROJECT EXECUTION.
  • Partner with business users from Finance, Procurement, Human Resources, and Treasury teams to document and analyze current processes, design future processes, and ensure all parties understand business requirements.
  • Document and validate business requirements, resolve issues and conflicts during implementation, and obtain approval for change requests.
  • Facilitate the development and review of functional specs and technical specs to ensure they cover all requirements and meet success criteria.
  • Ensure traceability of all requirements across deliverables and work products throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Perform test planning and execution, including SIT, UAT, data migration testing, performance testing, etc.
  • Provide coordination on requirements collection, user acceptance testing, application rollout, day-to-day operations, system maintenance, and enhancements.
  • Develop or review project plans, test plans, design specifications, and other project documents.
  • Assist users in achieving their business strategies and objectives through IT solutions.
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing teams across critical applications and business functions, preferably in MNCs in HK, Mainland China, and/or overseas.
  • Extensive experience in IT project and portfolio management.
  • Hands-on experience in ERP D365, HRIS system project delivery, rollout, and support.
  • Ability to introduce new ways of working, influence behaviors, and achieve sustainable change adoption among diverse end-users.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to liaise with all levels of resources between internal and external teams.
  • Proactive and able to drive changes.
  • Solid ERP project experience, with hands-on knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics AX / 365 is a must.
  • Solid experience in MS SQL database management skills.
  • Knowledge in Finance & Procurement modules highly desirable.
  • Knowledge in HRIS an advantage.
  • Previous experience in implementing IT solutions for real estate, asset management, or property industries.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and able to communicate effectively in both English and Cantonese with different levels of users and vendors in resolving business problems.
  • Solid project management skills, preferably with PMP and/or Agile PM qualification.
