About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Digital Analytics Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in data analysis and AI/ML to drive business growth and improve customer experience.



Main Responsibilities


The successful candidate will be responsible for:



  • Data analytics and visualization using tools such as Tableau, QlikSense, or PowerBI
  • Analyzing and implementing strategies for data collection, extraction, pre-processing, and visualization
  • Collaborating with business, data, and tech teams to initialize projects, develop product features, and improve data and output quality
  • Designing and developing data reporting dashboards, analysis, and providing insights and recommendations based on data
  • AI/ML research and development, including identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing new models and algorithms
  • Presenting data insights through visualization to make them more understandable for stakeholders
  • Documenting and communicating technical details, progress, and results to team members and stakeholders


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, eCommerce, or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital, data analytics, AI/ML, or project management roles
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to define problems, analyze data, and draw meaningful conclusions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools
  • Experience with popular AI/ML frameworks and libraries, generative AI, large language models, machine learning, and retrieval augmented generation
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented individual with an inquisitive mindset
  • Able to work independently in a dynamic environment with assigned timelines


Salary


The estimated salary for this role is HKD $40,000 - $60,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
