  • Cordinate seasonal merchandising activities, including product briefing, collection meetings, and product launches.
  • Evaluate feedback from markets and study competitors' trends and behaviors to inform HQ.
  • Collaborate with the central team to define the essential Asia collection that covers brand vision and business requirements.
  • Engage in market discussions to capitalize on opportunities and improve product features.
  • Tailor in-store activity plans to suit an Asia-centric and commercially viable approach.
  • Foster strong collaboration with various departments to drive business results.
  • Present seasonal strategies to markets and recommend retail/wholesale collections.
  • Maintain systems and create sales tools to support sales activities during DTA.
  • Enhance brand consistency across markets by optimizing assortment consistency.
  • Analyze product collections to ensure they are productive, efficient, and in line with brand expectations.

About the Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in assortment planning in the Fashion, FMCG sectors is necessary.
  • Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-oriented approach is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills are required.
  • Willingness to be hands-on and dive in when required.
  • Exceptional abilities in collaboration, communication, and negotiation.
  • Positive, competitive, confident, and self-motivated personality.
  • Experience working with diverse cultures is a plus.
  • Retail buying experience is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese.
