We are looking for a talented Senior Blockchain Engineer to join our team in Hong Kong. As a senior member of our engineering team, you will play a key role in designing and developing scalable backend services for our global crypto exchange.
- Analyze and address challenging problems throughout the blockchain protocol.
- Engage in development activities, including proposing architectural decisions, participating in design and code reviews, and implementing solutions.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage documentation detailing all code and functionalities implemented.
- Collaborate closely with operations and infrastructure teams to develop scalable backend services.
- Identify and resolve complex issues within the blockchain protocol.
**Requirements:**
- 5+ years of experience in backend development, preferably with a focus on Golang or Rust.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and consensus algorithms such as Raft or PBFT.
- Familiarity with Cosmos SDK or Ethereum core development is a plus.
