As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our applications in production environments. Your extensive knowledge of application features and supported blockchains will enable effective collaboration with engineers to ensure seamless deployments to production. You will also be responsible for applying fixes, improvements, or optimizations to applications and infrastructure to maintain high-quality services.

Your responsibilities will include identifying potential issues that may impact production uptime or scalability, as well as monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving application alerts and issues. Furthermore, you will participate in incident and problem management, conducting post-resolution follow-ups to guarantee that problems have been adequately addressed.

You will continually enhance monitoring tools and processes to optimize performance. Coordinating disaster recovery testing and audits will also be an essential duty. Senior individuals in this role will be responsible for communicating with stakeholders regarding application issues.
