About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled BU Head to lead our Slope Projects team in Hong Kong. As a Geo Tech Consultant Leader, you will be responsible for managing and leading a group of professional engineers to ensure execution strategies are properly evaluated for risk.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the business unit's P&L and acquire new projects
  • Develop and deliver short to long-term service line strategy
  • Act as a decision-maker for project management teams
  • Responsible for annual strategic and financial planning
  • Coordinate and advise on significant project risks

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree qualified in civil, structural, or geotechnical engineering
  • 15+ years of project management experience in geotechnical engineering or civil discipline
  • Holder of RPE (G) is an advantage
  • Familiarity with slope and government projects
