You should have good research experience in drug discovery, drug formulation, pharmaceutical analysis, and/or drug tests in animals. Those who have research experience in neuroscience research and drug development would have an advantage.
Additionally, you should be self-driven, able to work independently as well as in a team, and bring new expertise to the research programme.
