Customer Service Team Lead

The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the role of Membership Supervisor. This part-time position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, handling membership transactions, and promoting M+ benefits to guests.
About the Role:
- This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks and responsibilities;
- You will be working in a fast-paced environment and must be able to adapt to changing circumstances;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service to members and guests;
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner;
- Process membership transactions, including enrollment, renewal, and upgrade;
- Promote M+ membership benefits and introduce members-only events and activities;
- Supervise and train ambassadors as needed;
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Higher diploma or above in any discipline;
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing environment;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
