About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality customer service to our retail customers in our branch network. They will proactively identify customer needs and offer appropriate banking services and solutions. Additionally, they will participate in promotional campaigns to acquire new business and strengthen customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our retail customers
  • Identify customer needs and offer relevant banking services and solutions

  • Maintain awareness of operational risks and adhere to relevant policies and guidelines

Requirements
  • University degree or Associate degree holders; or HKCEE/HKDSE holders with at least one year of working experience, preferably in a financial institution
  • Relevant professional qualification in insurance and investment is an advantage
  • Strong service and sales orientation, self-motivated with good communication skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
  • High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
  • Ability to manage complex interactions effectively
  • Strong situation awareness, strong desire to learn and able to work in an Agile environment
