About the Job
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and operating children amusement center chain business in Hong Kong. They will develop and execute approved business plans and brand strategies to achieve revenue targets through quality operations, customer service, market expansion, and aggressive marketing efforts. The candidate should also establish and manage an efficient operation team, standardize operation and customer service procedures, and maintain and improve the market competitiveness of the company.
Requirements
A degree holder with 5+ years managerial level in operations management of family/children entertainment centres, retail chain stores or related in Hong Kong. Practical experience in retail industry, particularly in children products, family entertainment, retail and amusement park industries is a definite advantage. The candidate should have strong business sense and be able to lead an Operation team of 4 members and Frontline Team of 20-30 members.
