A new opportunity has arisen for a talented individual to join our team at AU Education Services as an Education Consultant. As part of this role, you will play a vital part in guiding students through their educational journey, collaborating with universities, and exceeding enrollment targets.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional who is eager to make a difference in the lives of students. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to prospective students on study tours, educational pathways, available programs, university options, and admission requirements. You will also lead generation and follow-up efforts to ensure smooth progression and successful enrollment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Student Guidance & Advisory: Offer expert advice to prospective students on various aspects of their educational journey.
  • Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Proactively engage with prospective students from initial inquiry through to the application process.
  • Collaboration with University Representatives: Work closely with university representatives to facilitate admissions and placements.
  • Team Collaboration & Goal Achievement: Collaborate with a dynamic team of education consultants to meet and exceed enrollment targets.
Requirements
  • Passionate about interacting with students and supporting their educational journeys.
  • Strong communication skills, both online and in-person, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Capable of multitasking and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Quick to learn and resourceful in researching information; able to quickly understand various courses and educational pathways.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to work towards monthly targets and take ownership of personal progress.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the education industry is a plus, but fresh graduates or candidates without prior experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is an added advantage.
