Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Classy Wheeler Limited. As an Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for the installation, upgrade, configuration, and troubleshooting of large-scale ERP implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and maintain the infrastructure of ERP implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
  2. Provide hands-on infrastructure management in Oracle EBS and its integration with other systems, including SSO.
  3. Perform installation, upgrade, configuration, and integration of Oracle EBS apps, Weblogic, and Oracle DB.
  4. Handle system patches, backup and recovery, data synchronization, and performance tuning.
  5. Provide professional advisory services in Oracle EBS performance issues on customization and its integration with other systems.
  6. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to meet project timelines and deliver high-quality results.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
  2. A minimum of 5 years' experience in IT, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in Oracle EBS infrastructure management.
  3. Practical experience in Oracle EBS (preferably R12) configuration and development.
  4. Practical experience in UNIX Shell Scripts, PL/SQL, Oracle patches, Oracle Exadata, Oracle DB, and RAC, Oracle SSO, AIX, Linux, and Windows platforms.
  5. Excellent problem-solving and client-facing skills.
  6. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
  7. Good analytical, interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  8. Positive attitude, fast learning, energetic, and able to perform in challenging environments.
