The Programme Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing an agency 'Super App' and training programs.
  • Driving the development and implementation of the advisor suite to enhance agent sales and customer engagement.
  • Coordinating with the PMO team to ensure successful project execution and alignment with business goals.
  • Fostering strong relationships with stakeholders to secure buy-in and support for initiatives.
  • Developing and enhancing onboarding processes and training applications to empower agents and improve their effectiveness.
  • Managing IT vendors and internal delivery centers to ensure timely and successful solution delivery, optimising tools for advisors.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in project/program management within the insurance sector.
  • Proven experience in agency and distribution environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects and drive initiatives to completion.
