- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of combined experience in operations and finance; preferably having experience in start-ups family offices/asset management.
- Strong understanding of operational and financial processes, systems, and workflows.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to speak and write Mandarin (full professional proficiency) is required as you'll be engaging with senior stakeholders from the most complex China-based clients.
