We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Procurement Executive based at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong. As a key member of the procurement team, you will be responsible for handling purchase requests from various departments, preparing documentation for purchasing activities, and conducting supplier interviews to gather information and specifications.

You will also be responsible for negotiating favourable terms with suppliers, maintaining a library of catalogues, samples and price lists, and following up on outstanding orders to ensure timely delivery. To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or other related disciplines, with 3 years of relevant experience in a sizable organization. Experience in tender process preparation and Microsoft Office applications would be an advantage.
