About this Opportunity

This key role will support our Service Manager in overseeing the workshop team to achieve business objectives, improve operational efficiency, and enhance service quality while adhering to strict audit criteria.

Main Objectives and Tasks
  1. Manage the workshop team, collaborate with the Service Manager in planning and evaluating their performance to reach agreed-upon targets.
  2. Implement operational enhancements to boost workshop productivity, efficiency, and quality.
  3. Guarantee compliance with Porsche's service process standards.
  4. Ensure that all service centres meet audit requirements.
  5. Offer technical guidance on vehicle diagnostics and repairs.
  6. Liaise with internal teams for smooth workflow and timely delivery.
  7. Communicate with customers during test drives to identify needed repairs.
  8. Ensure a secure and functional work environment, including facilities and equipment.
  9. Take on assigned projects and tasks from superiors.
Requirements and Essential Skills
  • Degree in Automotive Engineering or relevant field.
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably with experience in European motors brands.
  • Strong self-initiative, reliability, and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Native-level fluency in English and Chinese languages.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese typing skills.
