Position

La Maison Berluti recherche un Analyste Merchandising pour rejoindre son équipe basée à Hong Kong. Ce rôle est axé sur les plans, les projections et l'analyse financière - des stocks et des ventes notamment.

Missions
  • Aider à la planification avant-saison, des prévisions en cours de saison, la gestion des stocks et une analyse approfondie, afin de maximiser les ventes et d'optimiser l'inventaire
  • Travailler avec différents interlocuteurs pour traduire les stratégies en plans
  • Collaborer avec plusieurs fonctions incluant Achats, Finance, Retail et E-commerce pour développer et exécuter une stratégie complète de produit et d'inventaire qui aligne les opportunités financières et de produit futures
  • En utilisant les tendances historiques et actuelles, diriger l'entreprise à travers la planification avant-saison, les prévisions en cours de saison, la gestion des stocks, la gestion de 'Open-to-Buy' (OTB) et une analyse approfondie, afin de maximiser les ventes et d'optimiser l'inventaire
  • Développer des plans locaux saisonniers à travers une analyse des performances historiques par porte/livraison/classification qui soutiennent les objectifs financiers et d'inventaire de l'entreprise
  • Partenariat avec différents départements pour exécuter des scénarios, identifier et capitaliser sur de nouvelles opportunités, atténuer le risque et proposer des idées créatives pour stimuler les ventes tout en maintenant la rentabilité
  • Développer une compréhension approfondie des systèmes de l'entreprise et des processus de reporting, travaillant en collaboration avec IT et les utilisateurs finaux pour identifier des opportunités d'amélioration et rationaliser le reporting interdépartemental
  • Publier le reporting commercial hebdomadaire et ad hoc fournir une analyse experte sur les tendances avec recommandations au niveau régional
  • Influencer efficacement au-delà des lignes hiérarchiques directes ; construire des partenariats commerciaux collaboratifs à travers plusieurs fonctions
  • Gérer le rééquilibrage du stock entre régions ainsi que le suivi des demandes de stock afin d'optimiser le ST saisonnier
Profile

Votre profil :

  • Titulaire d'un diplôme dans le domaine du Merchandising ou similaire
  • 2-3 ans d'expérience pertinente dans le merchandising ou la chaîne d'approvisionnement
  • Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais écrit et parlé
  • Compétence dans MS Excel
  • Connaissance en Macro et PowerBI est un plus
