Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and sourcing, to ensure seamless product development and delivery
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and consumer preferences
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in merchandising or a related field
  • Strong product and material knowledge, with excellent development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Literate in Microsoft office programs
  • Occasional travel required
