Job Description

As a key member of the Programme Management Office, you will play a pivotal role in driving business transformation projects across Chubb's general insurance domain.

  • You will function as a business analyst for the mid-back office, working closely with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, goals, and objectives, as well as processes and requirements.
  • Conduct process gap analysis, develop business requirement documents, and create to-be process maps to align business users and IT on user requirements.
  • Execute and manage test plans, communicate UAT progress, risks, and issues to project stakeholders, and escalate critical issues to the Senior Programme Manager.
  • Coordinate business verification testing to ensure system enhancements or developments meet efficiency, functionality, and user-friendliness standards.
  • Manage change requests and track bug-fixing progress with development teams and vendors.
  • Provide roll-out and post-implementation support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Support programme governance, monitor project progress, and escalate any risks or issues in a timely manner.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business analysis or project management, including test planning and execution.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and operation workflows, or integration cutover plans, is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in UAT methodologies, tools, and best practices is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and proactively to deliver results within timelines.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
