About the Job

We're seeking an experienced Workday consultant to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and design effective Workday configurations.
  • Applying your consulting expertise, business acumen, and solution proficiency to deliver seamless integration and optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Maintaining the integrity, security, and compliance of Workday systems, ensuring data accuracy and regulatory adherence.
  • Conducting health checks for existing Workday clients, identifying areas for optimization and developing targeted roadmaps for improvement.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest Workday releases, best practices, and industry trends to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients.
  • Facilitating client discussions through strong presentation, communication, listening, and consultative skills.

Your Profile

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience working with Workday HCM, with active certification a significant advantage.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Recruitment, Talent & Performance, Time Tracking, Learning, Compensation, Advance Compensation & Benefits modules, with hands-on experience in at least two or more.
  • Prior experience in end-to-end implementation and support of Workday projects, with a solid understanding of global HR operations and excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and Chinese languages.
