As a Visual Merchandising Manager for ConnectedGroup's US fashion label, you will lead the visual merchandising team in creating and executing all creative processes and seasonal changeovers. This includes developing new store displays, in-store visualizations, window displays, and promotional activities aligned with brand strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and implement visual merchandising guidelines and standards for the team and vendors to ensure smooth processes.
  • Maintain brand consistency across Asia by coaching and motivating the team from design to output.
  • Manage VM budgets for operational efficiency and identify potential savings.
  • Lead external parties to ensure quality and compliance with related guidelines.
  • Develop team members' technical knowledge and arrange job exposure to enhance capabilities.

Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in VM at a supervisor level.
  • Knowledge of fashion trends.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Solid understanding of retail operations services.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Intuitive and creative problem solver.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Good team player with interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Open to travel as required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
