We are seeking an experienced Visual Merchandising Manager to lead our VM team in creating and executing all VM creative processes and seasonal changeovers, including new store development, in-store display, window display, seasonal and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement VM guidelines and standards for the team and vendors to ensure smooth processes.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all projects in Asia.
  • Craft and execute comprehensive VM plans that align with brand strategies and direction.
  • Manage and motivate the VM team to deliver high-quality results within set timelines.
  • Collaborate with external parties to ensure quality and compliance with related guidelines.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 8 years of experience in VM at a supervisor level. You should have knowledge of fashion trends, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a solid understanding of retail operations service.
