ConnectedGroup is a US fashion label seeking an experienced Visual Merchandising Manager for the Hong Kong and Macau market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Creative Processes: Oversee the visual merchandising team to create and execute seasonal changeovers, including new store developments, in-store displays, window displays, and promotional activities that align with brand strategies.
  • VM Guidelines and Standards: Establish and maintain VM guidelines and standards for the team and external vendors to ensure smooth processes and consistency across Asia.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure brand image consistency among all projects across Asia.
  • Team Coaching: Coach and motivate the team from design to output by sustaining brand image, quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
  • VM Budget Management: Manage and monitor VM budgets for operational efficiency and identify potential savings.
  • External Partnerships: Manage external parties to ensure quality and compliance with related guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in VM at a supervisor level.
  • Fashion Knowledge: Knowledge of fashion trends.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Retail Operations: Solid understanding of retail operations service.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Creative Problem Solving: Intuitive and creative problem solver.
  • Time Management: Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Innovation: Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Good team player with interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
