Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Info-communications, Engineering, Science, or its equivalent
  • Five (5) or more years of Service Management experience in an IT Service Management capacity
  • ITIL Service Delivery Certification is essential
