At Hang Seng Bank Limited, we are committed to delivering exceptional service excellence and providing our customers with best-in-class products and services. We are seeking a high-calibre professional to join our Wealth Sales Distribution team as an Executive Investment Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth customer portfolio analysis to identify opportunities for cross-selling investment products
  • Leverage our wealth management solutions, including bonds, structured products, and mutual funds, to meet the financial goals of high-net-worth customers by matching their risk appetite
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales productivity and expand the investment sales business of the high-net-worth segment
  • Collaborate with Customer Relationship Managers to achieve sales targets by conducting pre-case studies, sharing sales tactics on investment products, and carrying out joint-call activities
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and respond promptly to customer requests
  • Support branch sales by sharing sales tactics and providing briefing sessions on investment products
  • Conduct tele-prospecting to explore new business opportunities and provide follow-through services to customers, update compliance requirements, and provide market updates to sales staff

Requirements
  • University degree in Business Administration or a related field, with professional qualifications such as CFA, CFP, or CFMP an advantage
  • Pass the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination and IIQE and meet the competency requirements to carry out regulated activities as defined under the Securities and Futures Ordinance
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in retail banking, with strong knowledge of investment products
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sound investment consultation and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Customer-centric mindset and ability to manage complex interactions effectively
  • Strong situation awareness, desire to learn, and ability to work in an Agile environment
  • High level of customer-centricity mindset with dedication to delivering exceptional quality services for customers
