Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to join our team at Acquaintance Enterprises Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing logistics projects and ensuring the successful delivery of our cutting-edge logistics systems and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To identify project scope, key stakeholders, project milestones, roadmap, and other essential components.
  • To perform data sourcing gap analysis, identify solutions, and propose them to the operation and IT teams for development.
  • To prepare functional specifications for IT development and define testing strategies.
  • To manage stakeholder expectations and coordinate across country levels, representing Malaysia and Singapore teams in group meetings.
  • To drive all stages of the project life cycle, from initialization to closure.
  • To provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or relevant disciplines.
  • Hands-on experience in project management and business analysis is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of regional markets and minimum 7-8 years of work experience or consideration for less experienced candidates.
  • Ability to work independently with analytical mindset and under high pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and good interpersonal skills.
