Sports Development Officer

Job Overview

The appointee will report to the Head (Sports Development) to provide instruction and administrative support in sports and physical education services for students. Key responsibilities include delivering fitness classes, sports skills training, and personal enrichment programs for students, as well as organizing student development programs and serving as an advisor to student clubs.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver fitness, sports skills, and personal enrichment classes for students
  • Organize student development programs, including sports, personal enrichment, and wellness events
  • Advise student clubs on developing extra-curricular interests in sports
  • Coach sports teams and provide support to student athletes
  • Assist in sports facilities management and other relevant duties

Requirements

Applicants should have a degree in physical education, sports, or related studies, with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in teaching, coaching, and/or organizing sports activities in a university or education setting.
