Job Summary:

Citi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Institutions Sales Professional to join our Treasury and Trade Solutions team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our clients in the Bank sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the Bank sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell our Treasury and Trade Solutions products.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement business plans, ensuring alignment with Citi's overall strategy.
  • Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform business decisions and drive innovation.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple sales opportunities, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' needs and preferences, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and product development.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in sales and business development, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and building strategic relationships.
  • Proven expertise in the Bank sector, with a deep understanding of the industry's trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.

Language Skills:
  • Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin an advantage.

Qualifications:
