Treasury and Trade Solutions Specialist

About the Role:
Citibank, N.A. Hong Kong is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Institutional Sales team as a Senior Financial Institutions Sales Professional. This role will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the Bank sector for our Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) product group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new clients and expand existing relationships within the Bank sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Implementation, and Client Operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and client onboarding.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our TTS products and services, as well as industry best practices, to provide expert advice to clients.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to stay informed about company initiatives and product updates.
Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in sales and business development, with a strong background in the Bank sector.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for growth.
- Fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an advantage.
