**About the Role**

You will take a key role in driving information system strategy across our business and cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities will include managing our Sales Information System, developing new systems and programs to support business requirements, and ensuring the quality of our data collection and reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage Sales Information System in response to business requirements, working closely with regional IT teams, market teams, and vendors.
  • Develop new systems and programs to support business requirements, exploring new technologies to cater to report requests from our business and cross-functional teams.
  • Undertake sales reports and KPI incentives used for tracking and representing performance, developing big data and auto-run analytics to cater to reports requested from our business and cross-functional teams.
  • Manage TME licenses for handheld and back office, organize handheld leasing and manage upgrades, and manage all technical aspects of our Data Warehouse.
  • Plan budget with monthly phasing and monitoring, manage sales information system spending within the budget.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in management of Sales Automation systems or IT business application development.
  • Digital savvy, strong reporting and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Cantonese and English language, written and verbal communication.
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in computer, marketing, IT, or any related fields.
  • Proficient in digital platforms, IT Continuity Management, Data Management, Communication Skill, Analysis, and Problem-solving.
