Are you a seasoned professional looking to make a real impact in the financial industry? We're seeking a high-calibre Director to join our team in Hong Kong SAR.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage relationships with a portfolio of financial institution clients, including emerging fintech names.
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients and internal colleagues, ensuring smooth delivery of client solutions and efficient feedback.
  • Contribute to identifying strategies to maintain and enhance overall relationship returns and ensure early identification of potential credit issues.
  • Provide high-quality industry sector, competitor, and peer analysis to support business development, portfolio management, and credit risk assessment.
  • Identify marketing opportunities, undertake analysis, and prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches for new products and services.
  • Prepare client meeting materials and presentations, and participate in high-quality client meetings.
  • Complete review and submission of credit risk returns, including limit excess/exception, security/documentation outstanding, and monthly credit control reports.
  • Complete KYC for new client onboarding/transactions and ongoing KYC renew cases.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations, and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business.
Requirements:
  • Strong business knowledge and working knowledge of financial institution banking clients and products.
  • Proven track record of driving new business initiatives and quality contribution to drive event deals.
  • Experience in client-facing roles and global banking experience or knowledge is preferred.
  • Good understanding of risk management and risk mitigation.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and KYC standards.
  • University graduate with excellent client service skills.
  • Detail-conscious and able to work independently under pressure.
  • Strong analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
