Job Overview

This role involves driving project management and business analysis to deliver exceptional results in regional markets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from initialization to closure.

Main Responsibilities
  • Perform data sourcing gap analysis, identify, and propose solutions, translate to operation and IT team for development.
  • Prepare functional specification for IT development.
  • Define testing strategy, perform validation in UAT, and manage stakeholders at different levels.
  • Manage coordination at Country level on covering Malaysia and Singapore business, act as the representative for Malaysia and Singapore teams in group level meetings.
  • Drive and manage all stages in project life cycle.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or other relevant disciplines.
  • Hands-on experience in project management and business analysis, preferred.
  • Well-versed knowledge in the operations of regional markets is necessary.
  • Minimum 7-8 years of work experience, or candidates with less experience will be considered for the Business Analyst role.
  • Can work independently with limited guidance with analytical and control mindset; able to work under high pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Strong communications in English, good interpersonal skills.
