  • Perform daily securities position reconciliation to ensure accurate client positions.
  • Identify and resolve system exceptions with internal and external clients.
  • Review clearing house and central depository balances daily, arranging fund transfers as necessary.
  • Maintain system static data, including securities, accounts, FX rates, fees, and other instruments.
  • Manage day-to-day transaction settlement and corporate action operations on bonds, foreign equities, Hong Kong market stocks, and fixed incomes.
  • Handle business inquiries from clients and participate in enhancement project discussions.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Finance, Economics, Business, or Banking related discipline.
  • Preferably 2 years' experience in global custody and banking operations.
  • Good knowledge of securities market products and global custody operations.
  • Familiarity with SWIFT, CMU, CCASS, Euroclear/Clearstream operations.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, WPS) with VBA Macro skills an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in Cantonese and English; Mandarin preferred.
