Job Summary:

Sun Life is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service at the front desk, meeting and greeting visitors, and performing reception duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service at the front desk, including assisting visitors and handling room bookings.
  • Support MCV handling and perform a full spectrum of administration duties.
  • Assist with miscellaneous support tasks as assigned by the supervisor and team leader.

Requirements:

  • DSE graduate or above.
  • Good writing skills in Chinese and English.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a receptionist or in customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
