Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement IT solutions that meet business needs and align with architectural principles.

  3. Bridge the gap between business and IT development, ensuring seamless communication and delivery of project requirements.
  4. Participate in project management, tracking issues, documentation, and service delivery.
  5. Conduct thorough testing of delivery systems and ensure final delivery meets expectations.

Requirements:

  1. Degree holder in Computer Science or related field.
  2. 4 years experience as a Business Analyst, including requirement gathering and UAT.
  3. 6 years working experience in Investment Banking IT in Cash Equities, Futures & Options, and Fixed Income.
  4. Extensive knowledge of OMS, Exchange Connectivity, FIX Connectivity, Electronic Trading, and Front to Back Office Flow.
  5. Experience with Sophis or Global Commodity business is a plus.
  6. Technical knowledge is highly preferred.
  7. Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese & English, with fluency in Putonghua.
