Job Summary

We're seeking a highly experienced Director, Highway to join our team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our Highway division, you'll be responsible for controlling and managing the whole life cycle of projects, working with a multi-discipline team to develop engineering designs, and liaising with clients to ensure deliverables are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the whole life cycle of projects in the Highway division
  • Develop engineering designs from concept to detailed design and specifications
  • Liaise with clients to ensure project progress and deliverables are met
  • Lead and grow the team with P&L responsibilities
  • Attend design meetings, site meetings, and project-related meetings
  • Responsible for business proposal/tendering and commercial negotiations

Requirements

An ideal candidate should have:

  • Corporate Membership of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (Civil or Environmental Engineering Discipline)
  • Minimum 15 years' relevant post-chartered experience in delivering Hong Kong SAR Government projects
  • Acted as Project Manager for Hong Kong SAR Government projects in the field of Highway Engineering
  • Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English
