Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Highway Division Project Manager to join our team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our Highway Engineering team, you will be responsible for the control and management of the whole life cycle of projects in the Highway division.

Responsibilities

  • Develop engineering designs from concept to detailed design and specifications
  • Liaise with Clients in relation to project progress, decisions and changes to ensure deliverables are met and produced on time and budget
  • Be a team leader to develop and grow the team with P&L responsibilities
  • Attend design meetings, site meetings and all other project related meetings
  • Responsible for business proposal/tendering and commercial negotiations
  • Seek for business opportunities across APAC regions proactively

Requirements

An ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

  • Be a Corporate Member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (Civil or Environmental Engineering Discipline) or equivalent
  • Have a minimum of 15 years' relevant post-chartered experience in delivering Hong Kong SAR Government projects
  • Have acted in the capacity of Project Manager for Hong Kong SAR Government projects in the field of Highway Engineering
  • Have strong leadership, management and interpersonal skills
  • Have a good command of written and spoken English
  • The role will be based in our Hong Kong Office
  • Near native fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential. Ability to speak Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) would be an advantage
