Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional results from investment and expenditure, meeting expected standards while maintaining business continuity and customer satisfaction that responds to the business need.
  • Provide expert advice and support to the Project Lead, and assist in delivering infrastructure projects and professional assignments.
  • Ability to take a simple brief from Project Lead and help deliver project solutions that support the project outcome.
  • Provide project activity coordination, reviewing all current and planned project activity, tracking resources assigned to each project, and liaison with customers to ensure minimal impact to Client.
  • Assessment of project delivery success from an operational and customer perspective.
  • Develop capability in application of Arcadis processes and tools.
  • Manage Client, external stakeholders, and team relationships in related activity area and/or workstream.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Recognized degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Construction & Management, or relevant discipline.
  • Infrastructure experience in Highway/Tunnel/Railway/Utility is required.
  • Client-facing and project management experience is required.
  • Proven track record with years of relevant experience.
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Manager.
  • Require good competency in communication and planning experiences.
  • Very good spoken and written in English and Cantonese.
  • Proficient in using MS Applications.
