Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering corporate marketing communications materials, including leaflets, fact sheets, e-catalogs, and other formats, in a timely manner. They will work closely with channel anchors regarding all marketing communications, digital campaigns, and promotion-related requests and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Corporate Marketing Communications Materials: Collaborate with agencies/vendors to produce high-quality marketing materials within set timelines.
  • Channel Anchor Liaison: Work closely with channel anchors to ensure alignment on marketing communications, digital campaigns, and promotion-related requests.
  • Customer Events: Plan, manage, and lead customer events, including seminars, launch events, and lifestyle events.
  • Project Management: Ensure smooth event and project executions, including logistics management.
  • Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event evaluations, analyze results, and report based on key performance indicators.
  • Digital Marketing Projects: Manage and execute digital marketing projects to meet timelines and quality standards.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content for digital marketing platforms, ensuring effective customer engagement.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project delivery meets specific requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have a university degree with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a marketing role, preferably in the IT or telecommunications industry. You should possess proficiency in project management, marketing collaterals production, and event management. Strong commercial sense, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English and Chinese are essential. Proficiency in standard MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and Chinese word processing and presentations are mandatory. Experience in digital marketing and knowledge of social media platforms are advantages.
