Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our Middle Office Trading Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the team and overseeing trade processing, corporate actions, expiries, settlements, and P&L and NAV inquiries.

You will collaborate with trading desks and the technology team to automate processes, quickly learn and improve complex systems, and maintain organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or STEM fields
  • 4+ years of Middle Office Operations experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Equities, FX/NDF, Futures/Options, and ETFs
  • Experience with ADR conversion, Asset Servicing, Corporate Events, and expiry processes
  • Skilled in daily reconciliations and understanding NAV, P&L, and margin calculations
  • Proven team management and results delivery
  • Experience in high-volume trading environments preferred
  • VBA, Python, or SQL skills are a plus
