Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with trims suppliers and internal teams to establish standards for initial approvals and cost records for all trims items.
  • Review compliance documentation from trims suppliers, such as Oeko-Tex certificates, and coordinate with Sourcing and Product Safety teams to ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Assess the quality of bulk shipments received from suppliers and vendors, and report any discrepancies in inspection or testing results to the Manager.
  • Partner with CSG teams to ensure that trims align with design aspirations regarding color and quality.
  • Maintain both the physical trims library and the digital trims matrix for branded and non-branded items.
  • Support the Manager in onboarding new trims suppliers by providing assistance in process administration, quality guidance, and cost approvals.

Qualifications

  • A diploma or higher in a business-related field or engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in trims, including zippers, buttons, metal trims, packaging, and labeling, preferably within a buying office or multinational corporation.
  • Familiarity with testing, safety standards, and inspection protocols.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
