Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Trims Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will work with trims suppliers and internal counterparts to establish first approval and duplication trims standards based on costing records for all trims items.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with trims suppliers and internal teams to develop and implement trims standards and costing records.
  • Review and ensure compliance with company requirements, including oeko-tex certificates, and work with relevant parties to address any non-compliance issues.
  • Evaluate bulk shipment quality and report any failures to the Manager.
  • Work with CSG teams to ensure trims meet design aspirations for color and quality.
  • Maintain the physical trims library in Hong Kong and the digital trims matrix.
  • Assist in onboarding new trims suppliers by providing process administration, quality guidance, and cost approval support.

Requirements

  • Degree in business or engineering discipline.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in trims, preferably in a buying office or MNC.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin.
