This is a senior leadership role within our organization, reporting directly to the Head of Business Development.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining and strengthening our Alternative Equity base, identifying new opportunities and developing new business relationships to achieve our business targets.

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will handle end-to-end requests, communicate and enforce internal policies, guidelines and operational procedures to our Alternative Equity partners to ensure compliance culture and risk control.

You will also assist our teams in matters of compliance, risk management, legal and credit control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain and strengthen AE base: Identify new opportunities and develop new AE to achieve business targets.
  • Handle AE end-to-end request: Communicate and enforce internal policies, guidelines and operational procedures to AE.
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects: Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Degree holder in Finance or Management: A degree in finance or management is required for this role.
  • Holder of SFC RA1 & RA2 licenses: The successful candidate must hold SFC RA1 & RA2 licenses.
  • Not less than 7 years' working experience: In this or related industry.
  • Wealth of experience in sales or management: In equity or related products in industry.
