Assistant Manager

Job Summary
The appointee will join the Office of Global Learning at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and provide support in areas related to study abroad programs. Key responsibilities include program administration, event organization, marketing collateral maintenance, internal and external liaison, and exchange student activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Administration: Assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of study abroad programs.
- Event Organization: Coordinate events related to study abroad programs, including orientations, workshops, and cultural activities.
- Marketing Collateral Maintenance: Develop and maintain marketing materials, such as brochures, posters, and social media content.
- Internal and External Liaison: Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including faculty and staff, and external partners, including universities and organizations.
- Exchange Student Activities: Support inbound and outbound exchange students, including orientation, academic advising, and cultural integration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated international experience, such as study abroad administration, international student recruitment, or international student service.
- Dynamic, highly motivated, and resourceful individual with excellent team player skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese language skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a keen interest in working with people of diverse backgrounds.
